That was fun. We needed the team to come out and have a good game. Philip Rivers moved the football down the field. He did have that interception and he missed some open receivers.
Ryan Mathews looked good running the football, but he did have that fumble which should have been a turnover which turned out to be a touchdown somehow. Ridiculous play. Really ridiculous. I don’t understand why the Cardinals wanted to pitch the ball back with every turnover. Both of those pitches turned out to be hilarious. The first one, had DJ Fluker destroy the guy that pitched the ball and used him to trip up the guy with the ball.
Dwight Freeney still has that spin move. That offensive tackle just fell over trying to block Freeney. He still has it. He still can get after the quarterback.
How about Andrew Gachkar and Thomas Keiser? They were ballin!
Keenan Allen caught the punt and made a nice return. Makes up a little bit for the fumble. Just a little.
The special teams stepped up. It was nice to see.
Ladarius Green still needs to see some action with the first team. Still waiting for that to happen. Loved seeing Danny Woodhead on offense.
