Broncos Lose Starting Center… Again

The Denver Broncos have all kinds of bad things happening with them lately. They just lost their starting center… again. The Broncos lost their original starter J.D. Walton when there were some setbacks with his ankle recovery. Today, they lost his replacement, Dan Koppen, to an ACL tear. The Broncos hustled up and signed some dude off the streets because their other center was sidelined with an injury also. They are hurting in a bad way. Koppen will be out for the year.

I wonder if Peyton Manning is going to give his buddy Jeff Saturday a call and convince him to come out of retirement. He went to the Pro Bowl last season, but it was more out of reputation. Saturday ended the season on the bench for the Packers.

Suspensions and injuries can turn a division around. All these random acts of kindness from the Broncos is giving us some hope to sneak into the top spot of the division. Interesting things happening out there in Denver.
