Kansas City Chiefs CB Brandon Flowers thinks that his defense could have one of the best secondaries in the NFL. They do have a lot of talent on the roster. They brought over Sean Smith from the Miami Dolphons and Dunta Robinson as another defensive back that can cover. They will be a tough team to throw the football against, but I am sure that Ken Whisenhunt has a plan on attacking them.

Philip Rivers and Antonio Gates were able to make some big connections against their defense last year and I expect the offense to exploit that mismatch more this season. Eric Berry was abused by Gates and the Chargers last year.

If Philip Rivers can get right, then it doesn’t matter who is standing on the other side. I know that Philip has the competitive spirit to step up to the challenge and he is not afraid to throw the football against anyone. Remember when he used to tear Nnamdi up every year? Philip just needs to get right.
