I was doing a countdown for the Chargers and the kickoff for the first game of the year, but then I realized that all I care about is them starting football. Let’s just go with the countdown for their first preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks.

THIRTY DAYS!

Did you even realize how close the season was? It is just around the corner. It starts off in less than a month. The Chargers will kickoff the preseason on August 8th against the Seattle Seahawks at home. This will be the first time that we get to see our boys in action against a really good team. Of course the starters will only be in for a quarter or so, but there is so much to look forward to.

A new coach. Some new rookies. A new offense. A fresh quarterback. Things are going to be good and we are going to come out and surprise some people. This should be a fun year.

30 DAYS and we are right there.

Of course Ronnie Brown is in the photo above rocking the number 30, but he switched that out for the number 23 as soon as Quentin Jammer signed with the Denver Broncos. The new number 30 is Michael Hill and I know a few of you are excited to see him get on the field.
