Around AFC West: The Raiders Are A Threat

Have you seen what the Raiders have been doing? I don’t like it, but they are playing some good football up there. They have a good nucleus of NASTY PHYSICAL players and they are playing some  SMASH MOUTH football.

The Raiders just beat down the New York Jets and are looking to do the same thing to the Patriots this week. Who do you even root for when those two teams meet up?

The Raiders beat us twice last year with their smash mouth play. We don’t face them till later in the season, but there are a lot of things we need to correct before we head into that battle. We better be prepared for a hard-nosed battle. We better be ready to take that AFC West title and keep it away from those Raiders.

The Raiders are gaining confidence with their play.  They are starting to find receivers that can run fast AND can make plays. They have guys on defense that beat down quarterbacks and an offensive line that will make big holes for the backs. Darren McFadden is a BEAST and the only thing that seems to slow him down are injuries. It is not those same deadbeat Raiders anymore.

The battle for the top spot in the AFC West will be between our Bolts and the Raiders. The Chiefs are AWFUL and the Broncos are still trying to figure out how to quiet the Tebow talk. Time for the Bolts to step up!
