Morning Dump

UGG Boots look dang comfortable, but there is no way that I would ROCK them. Those are GIRL BOOTS!!

Anyway, It’s gameday EVE!!! Tomorrow we face off against those stinking Patriots and show the world that we are a team to be reckoned with! Here is your dump to start out your day:

After an eventful week one of the season which featured record breaking performances, a lot of points scored, poor conditioning and injuries, we look to Week 2 of the season. The Patriots started off pretty hot this season by defeating division rival Miami Dolphins and now come back on a short week to face a tough San Diego Chargers team. There will be a lot of interesting match-ups in this game and few areas that the Patriots can expose the Chargers, despite them being a very talented team.

“I’m more happy with the protection things than I am with the touchdowns,” Tolbert said. “The touchdowns are great. I have fun doing that, obviously, because I dance. The protection, being able to pick up protections and see different things, being able to keep Philip (healthy), that’s what I take pride in.”

OK, so maybe it is a coincidence, but on the very weekend they welcome two “old timers” into their hall, the Patriots play host to a team with whom they share a past.

— Leave it to New England Patriots wide receiver Chad Ochocinco to take the spotlight away from Tom Brady’s masterpiece in last Monday’s demolition of the Miami Dolphins.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass.—Deion Branch can recall his second game back with the New England Patriots last season following a four-year absence. It may be one he’d rather forget.

* ESPNBoston.com Patriots analyst Tedy Bruschi: Patriots 31, Chargers 28 (OT). Tom Brady hasn’t lost a regular-season home game in a long time — Nov. 12, 2006 to the New York Jets — and I think his streak continues. The Patriots defense doesn’t want to have another performance like last week. I think they answer the bell and I wouldn’t be surprised if Chad Ochocinco is incorporated more into the offense and catches around five balls and gets a touchdown.
