Shareece WrightGot good news and bad news. Bad news Is i won’t be playing in tomorrow’s game do to a groin strain that’s been bothering me. (super sad face). Good news is there’s a lot of football left to be played and i will be back ASAP. Staying positive always.

“(Quarterback Philip Rivers) will get a dozen snaps, and we’ll see how that goes,” Turner said. “I’m not going to base playing time on who is a starter at this point. We base it on individuals, because some starters need more time than others.”

The Chargers conducted a low contact practice before Thursday’s exhibition opener. Chargers coach Norv Turner said roughly 15 players won’t play due to injury and the starters’ playing time will vary based upon experience and necessity.
