Tavon Austin is dynamic! He is a game changer and there will be some teams that will want to trade up in order to get his talents on their roster. Especially teams that are looking to employ the pistol offense next season.

A player who has the same skillset as Austin, Percy Harvin, was just traded to the Seattle Seahawks so that they can employ his skills in that pistol offense. Seattle gave up a first round pick and a couple of other picks in order to get Harvin.

Another team in the NFC West could be looking to move up in the draft in order to get a weapon like that and they have a ton of picks to try and make that move. The San Francisco 49ers hold 14 picks in the coming draft! FOURTEEN!!!

If the 49ers would like that 11th pick, would you send it over that direction for the 31st pick and the 34th pick? Sounds like a deal to me!

We may not have the big left tackle fall to us at the 11th pick, so we might want to see if the 49ers are willing to move up for a player like Austin.

We can pick up Matt Elam late and a Barrett Jones and then come back around with our selection in the 2nd round and select everyone’s favorite LB Manti Te’o. Or we can try to pick up a corner with one of those selections. We could easily pick up 3 starters with those selections. Alec Ogletree could be sitting there for us with one of those selections.

Or we just select Tavon Austin for ourselves and use him LIKE A BOSS! We do want to get Philip Rivers as many weapons as possible!

Who wouldn’t want this:

That boy is fast!!!!! West Virginia WR/RB Tavon Austin just flew through the 40 today, flying to a 4.25 second time. The kid has ridiculous speed. Watch some of the kids highlights and you will see him blowing past defenders with his ridiculous quickness.

His biggest downfall is his size. The kid is only 5-foot-8 and 174 pounds. The kid is going to get smacked around in the NFL and there has to be concerns with durability at that size.

They can’t hit him of they can’t catch him! One analyst compared him to Eric Metcalf. He is expected to go somewhere in the 1st or 2nd round. I don’t think he will be considered by the San Diego Chargers, but we need as many good football players that we can get our hands on.
