Would you take a chance on Randy Moss? He just announced that he is coming back to the NFL!

I might as well add, would you take a chance on Terrell Owens? They basically are the same receivers!

I love both of these receivers and am a fan of  everything that they have done, but I don’t want either of them on my team. Both receivers are way past their prime and have been out of football for a year. They are a risk to being a cancer in the locker room. Why would we want to add that to our roster?

PLUS, Norval was the coach for Moss in Oakland and that situation didn’t work out too well.

It would be better for us to add receivers through the draft or even with some undrafted free agents. There are so many other options at receiver that are available through free agency also. It would be a mistake for us to go after TO or Randy.

If we want a receiver of that caliber, then we should just keep Vincent Jackson around!

Randy Moss was claimed by the Tennessee Titans and the Chargers passed on the opportunity to claim the Pro Bowl Wide Receiver. it will be up to the young wide receivers Seyi Ajirotutu, Gary Banks, and Richard Goodman to hold down the position until the veteran players return from injury.

Malcom Floyd and Legedu Naanee have been sidelined with hamstring injuries and Buster Davis is done for the season after being placed on the IR. Pro Bowl Wide Receiver Vincent Jackson will not be available to play until week 12 of the season. The Chargers have a BYE week next week and it will provide the team much needed time to heal up from the injuries. Need to leave Houston with a win first!

Wide Receiver Buster Davis has been put on the IR list and will not be available to play for the rest of the year. Buster has had a history of being injured and not playing up to the expectations of a number 1 pick. He has had an up and down season this year and was given plenty  of opportunity to produce and will have to sit the rest of the season on the sidelines. It has been the story of his career!

Currently the Chargers have Malcom Floyd, Legedu Naaneee , and Buster Davis injured and Vincent Jackson will not be able to play for a few weeks. The Chargers are starting games with Patrick Crayton and Seyi Ajirotutu, with Gary Banks and Richard Goodman as the backups. WHO??? Exactly, 3 of those players started the year on the practice squad. Can someone give AJ a call and tell him that there is a Pro Bowl level WR available in Randy Moss!
