What I saw today was a team who was been beaten,

What I saw today was a team where nobody is worth keeping!

What I saw today made me sad,

What I saw today definitely made me mad.

What I saw today could not have been worse,

What I saw today was lost hope,

What I saw today was a team on a down slope.

What I saw today was embarrassing,

What I saw today obliterating.

What I saw today was defeat in the eyes of players,

What I saw today was lack of players who care.

What I saw today was no chance,

What I saw today was a team who does’t deserve to go to the dance.

What I didn’t see today was a glimmer of light,

All I wanted to see was my San Diego Super Chargers put up a good fight.
