To say that having Jared Gaither back was a big help is an understatement. Although he made his fair share of mistakes, he is a vast improvement over undrafted free-agent tackle Mike Harris.

The effort that Harris had given in the first three games was extremely commendable. Like Gaither in today’s start, he made his mistakes. However, the difference in errors were obviously a question of experience.

I truly like Harris and could see him eventually replacing Clary, at right tackle, as early as next season. No, I don’t see it happening prior to 2013; sorry to the Clary hater club.

Gaither came in and played very well considering that he hasn’t even practiced since late August.

He is no longer driving me crazy. Big Lazy will only improve with the number of games that he plays this season. He’s rusty and still played pretty well.

Now, do I want to talk about the complacency in the playcalling in the second half by Norv Turner?

Not in this article….. stay tuned.

Thanks a lot for reading.
