Brett Favre sat down with Neon Deion Sanders and shared his thoughts on some of the quarterbacks of today:

Here is what he said about Philip Rivers:

Good! It looks like he’s laboring. Man, it look like that hurt when he threw that. No disrespect though, because the guy has played extremely well… I like his competitive nature. – Brett Favre

The “competitive nature” that he has is what San Diego fans LOVE! He will do anything he needs in order to win a game. If he can walk or even if he can’t walk, he will be on the field giving it his all! That is our leader! He will do all the dirty work and you will never question his effort or toughness.

I love how Deion jumps in and says that he LOVES Philip and it looks like they (Brett and Philip) shop at the same store. Wrangler needs to get Philip on the phone to get that advertising deal done!

I have never been a big Green Bay fan, but I always admired Brett Favre.  Great quarterback, devoted husband, team leader and sexter?  Well, maybe icky pathetic old man.

According to two massage therapists in the Jets organization Favre sexually harassed them.  They are now suing the Jets and Brett Favre and are seeking unspecified damages from both.  They have also included the loser boss who did not stop the harassment and subsequently fired them after they complained about it.

Shame on you Brett and shame on the Jet’s for not handling this in house.  I am taking you off your pedestal Brett.

The NFL is releasing some wild news today about the New Orleans Saints and how their defense had a ‘bounty’ fund. Saints players were given extra incentive to knock opposing guys out!

Here is a note from Adam Schefter’s latest article about the situation:

According to the investigation, the players regularly contributed cash into a pool and received improper cash payments of two kinds from the pool, based on their play in the previous week’s game.

Payments were made for plays such as interceptions and fumble recoveries. But the program also included “bounty” payments for “cart-offs,” meaning that the opposing player was carried off the field, and “knockouts,” meaning that the opposing player was not able to return.

The investigation showed that the total amount of funds in the pool may have reached $50,000 or more at its height during the 2009 playoffs. The program paid players $1,500 for a “knockout” and $1,000 for a “cart-off,” with payouts doubling or tripling during the playoffs.

This is just DIRTY!!!! Not Dirty like Dielman either!

This program was held from 2009-2011 and I had to look back to see if we had suffered any significant injuries against the Saints during this time:

We last played against them in 2010 during preseason and the only injuries we suffered were on our defensive side of the ball. Ogemdi Nwagbuo left the game and his return was questionable and Antoine Cason also left the game with his return questionable.

The last time we played the Saints in the regular season was in 2008 in the game out in London. The only injury we had in that game was on the defensive side also with Quentin Jammer going down and his return questionable.

It doesn’t seem that the Saints defense was able to take out any of our offensive players. So we dodged a bullet. Kris Dielman probably would have killed one of those defenders if they took a cheap shot on LaDainian Tomlinson or Philip Rivers also! (Another reason we will miss Dielman)

Now, remember those nasty pics of Brett Favre after getting beat up by the Saints in the playoffs? I wonder how much bonus money players got that day?
