The Chargers and famous for many things, one of which is the uncanny ability to find undrafted talent. This years talent pool is not shallow by any means either. Each year, pro-bowl caliber talent goes unseen. In 2010 there were 2 undrafted names that stood out to football fans and both were at the running back position. RB’s Arian Foster and LaGarrette Blount both led their teams as well as the league in rushing.

The Chargers have a few holes in roster still left to fill and we will more than likely be bringing in a large pool of undrafted free agents to compete in camp for roster spots. I’d just like to point out 2 positions in which I think are very deep at UFA’s right now and which 3 prospects from each position I feel would fit the Chargers needs most adequately. The two positions I will be breaking down are OLB and WR. (more…)

The Bolts make a living by bringing in undrafted free agents into the system and developing them into prime time talent. We have brought in players like Antonio Gates, Stephen Cooper, Seyi Ajirotutu, Malcom Floyd, and Stephen Cooper. Even though AJ is constantly criticized, there is one thing that he has been able to do, find some treasures from the undrafted crowd.

Players should want to join our squad since we have such a great track record of getting these guys in and developing them into players. Let’s take a look at a couple of the guys that are available: (more…)
