What was your top Chargers game of 2013?

NFL.com created a comic-book like scenario of the top 20 games of the 2013 season. An underdog Chargers team took on the high-flying Denver Broncos in a week 15 battle, locking that game in at No. 17 on the list. While it was fun to watch Keenan Allen beast his way through and truck defenders, I’m going to have to say I was more intrigued–and by intrigued I mean there was subtle heart-attack moment–by another game: Chargers vs. Chiefs in week 12. The Chiefs came in with a 9-1 record and were undefeated at home, while the Chargers were dealt a crushing loss by the Miami Dolphins the week before. Like nfl.com, I decided to get creative and reveal game details with a little storytelling.

Not only was this game exhilarating to watch, but this crucial win kept playoff hopes alive. Now my question to you: what was your favorite Chargers game of 2013?

So, how you takin the Bron news? :)

      • Marcel West-Bailey

I don’t really care lol. Football has taken over my life so I’m not all that concerned. Riley will handle it and we’ll be contenders after he’s done building this team in a few years.

The Heat are about to suck for a long time.

          • Marcel West-Bailey

In the East? No. We’re going to be an average team for a sec. We’ll have some ups, probably more downs. But we’ll have a DWade who see’s it’s his responsibility to carry the team even though his knees are bad, we’ll have a Chris Bosh who will become more than the third option like he has for the last 4 years and we already have a few decent FA pickups in McRoberts and Granger. Not to mention we have a shit ton of cap space.Once other pieces are added we’ll be a good team.

          • CALiFORNiAkiD

I thought they would lose Bosh…He obviously makes them better now.
But I hope Wade shows me something.

5th seed. That team isn’t THAT bad. We’d get swept in the West…well maybe we’d win a game but in the East? That’s a good team.

Chargers vs Cowboys I was there I won a pair of tickets off corey luiget on twitter and a win

  • Gunnar Martin

As far as pure excitement, I think the second game against the Chiefs was by far the most thrilling game of the season. The first one was AWESOME too, but the stakes were just about as high as they could be in the last game of the season. The back-and-forth scoring, the missed field goal, Weddle’s 4th down conversion, the realization that we made the playoffs in the most miraculous way imaginable…. it was just too much for me to handle.

    My favorite…….
    Every game they lost

  • Jordan Denning

Had to be beating the Donkeys. I’m probably picking this game mostly because I live in Denver. Being one of the few chargers fans at the game was oh so sweet

Am I the only person who really enjoyed the philly game?

    • Sergio Quintero

I really enjoyed that game, and getting to see Floyd & Freeney gives me a clear perception of what they were missing and getting back this season, plus an awesome last second win.
