ahh short week against Seattle. Thanks Roger

    • Sergio Quintero

They get bye to prepare for the Raiders, geez thanks Rog

    • Anthony95

Not that bad since we travel only to Ari and back and its week 2. So, team is still fresh. If it had to happen, glad its this early in season and were not traveling to Seattle! Positive thinking.

  • cameronmm

Have ‘em going 8-8 but who knows.

    • 619chargers4life

Let me guess , that 8-8 is better then what u tagged them for last season?

      • cameronmm

Nah 8-8 is what I tagged them at last year too.

        • 619chargers4life

Sweet , now I know where going to do better then 8-8 lol

          • cameronmm

Haha positive thinking! I love my Bolts but I am always pessimistic when it comes to sports, I always expect them to lose so if they do I am not too upset and if they end up winning it’s a nice surprise.

          • 619chargers4life

My positive behind can see us hit 7-2 before the bye if everything goes as it should .

          • cameronmm

            Hope you’re right!

          • 619chargers4life

Me to ! lol and if not no worries .

  • Nick Mansoor

10-6 if we don’t lose to all the sucky teams

  • Sergio Quintero

Rivers legendary December record will be tested yikes, look at the closing 5:

    Week 13 at Baltimore Ravens

Week 14 (Sunday Night Football) vs New England Patriots

    Week 15 vs Denver Broncos

Week 16 (Saturday) at San Francisco 49ers

Week 17 at Kansas City Chiefs

  • Daniel Sutter

I see 10-6 maybe 11-5 but we need to sweep KC and Oakland. Need to be healthy after the BYE for sure!

    • Sergio Quintero

Very much concur on all points, put me down for 10-6.

Do you want to join me in an opinion fight, there is guy arguing that Rivers sucks because he hasn’t won a title in the “Rivers focused on 7′s”. You know we have had some arguments in the past, want to join??

      • Daniel Sutter

Rivers is my boy! Sign me up for that battle lol…

  • ECAVILLE/Ace of Spades

I see no easy wins this year, not even the Jags. That being stated, I believe The CHARGERS will finish 13-3.

    • Marcel West-Bailey

Which 13 games do you think the Chargers are winning?

      • ECAVILLE/Ace of Spades

It’s better to list the ones they might not win. Seahawks, at Broncos, and 49ers.

        • Marcel West-Bailey

So you think we’re sweeping the Chiefs, beating the Cardinals and Rams? I don’t know about that man.

          • ECAVILLE/Ace of Spades

I really don’t know Jack about who and how the Chargers can achieve the unbelievable, but I do know that They have the best program they have ever had next to The Coryell years. It can happen. Telesco and McCoy seem to motivate enough to pull it off. Pressure is on Pagano.

          • Marcel West-Bailey

So you’re saying you have a hunch

          • ECAVILLE/Ace of Spades

            You can say that⚡♠⚡

    • http://boltbeat.com/ Ernie Padaon

      i love this!

  • Marcel West-Bailey

I don’t like this schedule. I read somewhere that we were going to have the toughest schedule this year but I didn’t realize it would be this bad.

    • Sergio Quintero

2nd toughest the Raiders are number 1, anything more than 10 wins is going to be really tough.

      • Marcel West-Bailey

I agree. The last few games at the end of the season are going to be tough. We play against the most difficult division in the NFL, and we’re not even in their conference. Honestly, I don’t think there’s a single team we play that couldn’t make the playoffs except for the Raiders.

        • Sergio Quintero

          Jaguars is the other

          • Marcel West-Bailey

I agree. I think what the schedule is payback from last year since we made the playoffs. Someone in the league office is a Steelers or Cinci fan and weren’t very happy about our short run. Ruined by the name that shall not be spoken.

          • Sergio Quintero

No conspiracy Marcel, they follow cycles, they play 4 year cycle and they get the NFC West, on their 3 year AFC cycle they got the AFC east, and their two 3rd place game they got the Ravens & Jags.

Want to join me, there is a Rivers sucks because he hasn’t won a title guy, I’m arguing with on the “Rivers focusing on 7′s page”.

          • Marcel West-Bailey

So this year we get the crap end of the stick. Nice. Well the good thing is there aren’t too many teams that are prolific passing teams. Some good ones but no juggernauts besides New England and Denver.

    • Anthony95

Its not really that bad, tough games are against Den (we have every year), then we get lucky and have home games vs NE & vs Sea then at SF & at Bal. As long as the team sweeps Oak & KC, wins the games they should a 10 win season isn’t going to be an issue, add a win at Bal, and we have 11 wins. So, then it comes down to splitting with Den, and taking a game from either NE or Sea.
11-12 wins no problem this year

      • Marcel West-Bailey

I highly doubt we are sweeping KC again. We shouldn’t have won the game that sent us into the playoffs but the refs made a mistake. I highly doubt we’re beating Arizona or St. Louis. And I’m expecting us to lose a game or two due to stupid mistakes. So I’m thinking 10-6. Possibly 9-7.

        • Anthony95

KC is going to take a step back this year and won’t be as good on defense, offense, or special teams. So, yes will will sweep them. St Louis has way too much hype for a team who hasn’t done anything and Arizona has a defense but no running game so yes we will beat them both.

Can we lose a game we should win, of course, but if we can avoid those mistakes and missteps we will win 11 or 12 games this year.

  • http://www.standupforkids.org blackroseMD1

I love it. This schedule is really going to test our toughness and give us a chance to validate ourselves as one of the teams to be reckoned with.

  • Eli Rodriguez

We Def have a rough schedule. I think we had a great season if they go 9-7. We’re going to be a lot better of a team than our record shows.

  • Sergio Quintero

Can’t we change schedules with the Texans, that looks like a very manageable schedule.

  • RoyalChargers

This is crazy ! I believe we have a chance to win all games but we have to draft well. this is a scary but exciting schedule

  • Anthony95

I see 7-2 going into bye week as only tough games are at home vs Sea, at Ari week 1, and at Den week 8. Figure we beat Ari, lose at Den, and home vs Sea will be interesting. Don’t see a meltdown vs Oak like last year and KC should be easier. We won’t lose to Mia again and Bills, Jags, and Jets are all teams we should beat.

Then we come off bye and take down Oak and Stl putting SD at 9-2, then a win at Bal and were 10-2. Then we have 3 brutal games, but two of them are home and weather won’t be a factor until week 17 at KC.

IMO it will all come down to those two games at home vs NE and Den. If we have record I am thinking going into NE of 10-2 we will be playing for division title and #1 seed in playoffs. Depending on those games and say a loss at SF then in week 17 we might not be playing for anything and simply bench starters, if not and starters play, we will beat KC.

A side note, we were killed by injuries last year, didn’t have any depth, and yet still were 9-7. We lost 2 games in last second (Hou and Ten), fell apart vs Oak, and lost by 6 to Was and 4 to Mia. Very easily could have been 11-5 last year or 14-2 (losing to Den and Cin). We will be a much better team, with depth at key positions such as RB, CB, SS, LB, and hopefully O-Line.

Final 2014 regular season record 12-4 (loss vs Sea, at Den, at SF, either vs Den or NE) or 11-5 (losses at home to both NE and Den). Keep the faith!

    • Sergio Quintero

I like them for 10-6, if they can get full seasons from Freeney, Ingram & Floyd, even 12 wins is on the table, so being realistic, and the chargers consistent ability to banana peel 1-2 games they should win, put me down for 10-6.

      • Anthony95

That is very possible. All we need is to be a bit healthier this year and avoid those fall apart games. With better #2 RB, upgrade at O-Line, a true NT, a true #1 CB, healthy LBs and Safeties and we will be able to hit 11 or 12 wins.

  • Anthony95

Just noticed, Denver has a much worse schedule compared to us. Bye is week 4, they play IND week 1, then at Seattle week 3, vs SF, at NE, and at Cin.

Den will lose to Sea & SF, and either/all NE, IND, CIN so they could be 9-4 or 10-3 going into the week 15 game at SD where we should be 11-2 or 10-3 And were fighting for division lead! Then at Cin week 16 and vs Oak. I’m feeling this could be our year all the way around.

    • Sergio Quintero

I think the Raiders schedule is basically murderer row, 6 against the AFC West plus NFC West & Patriots.

  • Joel Ayala

I love the schedule. We play to the competition for some time now. Our advantage. And only easy game is vs Jokeland lol. Im stoked for the Bolts season to start . One Charge fellas !!! Imo 11 wins

Better send your letters to Santa early this year!
