The Chargers still need some help on he roster, but there are no signs that the team will add any starting talent through free agency. The team looked for a receiver and was interested in both Steve Smith and Hakeem Nicks, but they both signed onto rosters yesterday. Free agency added depth onto the roster, but no starting talent. The draft will need to boost up the roster.
