Kavell Conner Will Visit San Diego Chargers

Here are the Chargers making their moves in free agency. Tom Telesco is dipping into familiar territory by bringin in Kavell Conner in for a visit, per Aaron Wilson. Conner had been with the Colts for the last 4 seasons and had been the starter for their defense in 2010 through 2012. He lost his starting job last season.

If he were brought on to the Chargers, he would add some depth to the Chargers at linebacker. The Chargers have Manti Te’o and Donald Butler in the middle as the starters, but there is not much depth behind them at the position.

Conner could be some nice depth on the roster. He is a versatile linebacker and could be another Reggie Walker type signing.

Here we go with some random names in free agency again. Let’s see what magic Tom Telesco has on this roster this time around.

Lol I knew you say that Steve smith would be a nice pick up. Last year the chargers signed one or two ppl before the end of the day what’s up?

looks like we are taking it even slower

I really like his starting experience. I think he even got like 104 tackles a couple seasons ago too. This would be a nice depth signing in case Butler ever goes down again.

agreed… and he always goes down

      • Gunnar Martin

Sadly yes… fingers crossed he gets his groin injury all figured out
