Keenan Allen Named to All Under 25 Team makes an All-Under 25 team every offseason to showcase some of the young talent in the league. It has been a long time since the Chargers have had a player named to the team. Former general manager A.J. Smith didn’t do so well at picking gems for the roster. Tom Telesco was able to pick up a gem in his first draft for the team. A few gems, but he was able to get one of them named onto the All-Under 25 team. He picked up Keenan Allen in the 3rd round of the draft.

Here are the comments that had on Allen:

Allen was a strong candidate for Offensive ROY. He lost there, but beats out Alshon Jeffery and T.Y. Hilton here. Allen caught nearly 70 percent of the passes thrown his way in Year 1.

Allen beat out a couple of pretty good receivers to be named to this team. He beat out Alshon Jeffery and T.Y. Hilton.

The future is looking good with Allen on the Chargers roster. He should be making plays for the team for years to come.
