When the season began, and Tom Telesco had finished “cleaning house”, there were a lot of young players on the Chargers roster.  Some were relatively unproven. There was a youth movement across the board, and veteran talent was allowed to walk out the door. Now that we have completed the first season under new management, we can see which players performed well. Here are some players that I would like to “Tip My Hat” to, for their fantastic play in the early stages of their careers.

Addae is a beast. I know i’m sold

What’s funny, is that I was writing this in a hurry, and that was the only GIF I could find. Ironically, it matched the article. See what I mean though? I love his enthusiasm, but enough of the helmet to helmet on his own players already.. we have enough trouble with injuries without him and Shareece putting their teammates on blast… hahaha!

        man this guy plays hard!

      • http://boltbeat.com/ Ernie Padaon

hahahahha… right. that is just what he does. keeps the heads rolling

  • Julien Bélair

Teo will be a beast give him time. Damn that TD by Green it doesn’t any more impressive then that.

I hate this article! I was all ready to go to bed and get some much needed sleep, but now I’m so freaking fired up, I’m gonna need some Xanax. Bolt up!

Porter.. you are my new favorite. Hopefully, we get a defensive powerhouse, the likes of Keenan. Who cares which round.

hahahaha…. that is the kind of hate we love

  • 619chargers4life

Tip of that indeed !! We got some gems. I can wait to see all these players take the next step . Were going to dominate some teams in 2014 . And I can’t wait

I liked Addae’s intensity right from the start. He needs to learn to come in with a little more control so he doesn’t just fly in there hitting his own guys. Next year you might be writing about Steve Williams the same way. He seemed to have that same kind of intensity. I think you can add Shareece Wright to that list too. He came on strong at the end of the season.
