Chargers 35-to-1 Odds to Win Super Bowl, 7 Point Underdog Against Bengals

A few more odds and ends have come out from Las Vegas on the playoffs and the San Diego Chargers. The Chargers started out the week as 40-to-1 odds to win the Super Bowl and now are at 35-to-1 odds to take it all. They are also 7 point underdogs to the Bengals. That is the biggest point spread of all the games this weekend.

Here are a few extra betting odds in the game courtesy of Bovada:

Total Passing Yards – Philip Rivers (SD)
Over/Under                   240½

Total Rushing Yards – Ryan Mathews (SD)
Over/Under                   85½

Total Receiving Yards – Keenan Allen (SD)
Over/Under                   67½

Total Receiving Yards – Antonio Gates (SD)
Over/Under                   42½

Total Passing Yards – Andy Dalton (CIN)
Over/Under                   260½

Total Receiving Yards – A.J. Green (CIN)
Over/Under                   87½

(SD @ CIN) – Who will have more Rushing Yards in the game?
BenJarvus Green-Ellis (CIN) RB              +120     (6/5)
Giovani Bernard (CIN) RB                       -150     (2/3)

I guess Andy Dalton is supposed to throw for more yards than Philip Rivers in the game. 7 point underdogs? I might as well put some money on the Chargers because I expect us to win this game.

If it weren’t for Gate’s two turnovers in the last game, the Chargers could’ve very well won that game. The Chargers are thriving on no one giving them a chance. If they play smartly, the can win this game too. And Wizenhunt, NO MORE 15-20 yard low percentage pass plays on 3rd down and 3!!!

I guess the chargers will just never get any respect no matter what they do. Apparently when you almost lose to a second string (they know we won that game right?) it just cancels out the fact that we were the only team who beat the best team in the league on their own field and won 5 of our last 6 games. Whatever, if we can’t do anything to earn the leagues respect, we can sure as he’ll earn the bengals respect, and that we will when we send them packing come Sunday. LETS GO BOLTS!!!!

35/1 shouldn’t it be more like 12/1, hell there are only 12 teams left, I ain’t no math-matician, just saying. Let’s shock the world bolts!!
