Records of AFC Playoff Teams Against Other Playoff Teams

Check out the stat that Davacho posted in the comments section. It is the records of all the teams in the playoffs against the other playoff teams.

Cincinnati Bengals 4-0

San Diego Chargers 5-2
Indianapolis Colts 4-2
Denver Broncos 4-3
New England Patriots 2-2
Kansas City Chiefs 1-5

All those records go  to rest with the playoffs starting, but it still is worth noting how the teams have played against the other playoff competition. The Chargers have been a Jekyll and Hyde type of team. We have played well against strong teams and played down to the terrible competition.

Since we are in the playoffs, we might get some of our best football. The Bengals hold the best record against the other teams going 4-0 and the Chargers have the next best record going 5-2. We have the most games against the playoff teams and it means that we were battle tested during the regular season. Our two losses came against the Denver Broncos and the Cincinnati Bengals.

We have a lot of work to do, but we all know that the Chargers step up against the elite teams in this league. Time to make some noise.

it’s more than a fun fact. I tried telling a few people their isn’t any team in the playoff the Chargers can’t beat. That stat shows how terrible the Chiefs have been against playoff teams. Our Bolts has spilt with denver, swept the chiefs an beat down luck. Cincy isn’t getting a second win.
