Chargers Week 17 Practice Participation Report: Thursday

Sep 15, 2013; Philadelphia, PA, USA; San Diego Chargers cornerback Shareece Wright (29) leaves the field after playing the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The Chargers defeated the Eagles 33-30. Mandatory Credit: Howard Smith-USA TODAY Sports

Shareece Wight returned to practice today in a limited role with his foot/ ankle injury. The Chargers will need him to cover Dwayne Bowe on Sunday.

Ryan Mathews is still out, but he didn’t practice much last week either and nearly had 100 yards rushing. The Chargers need him on Sunday and Coach McCoy seems to think he will play, so Mathews will most likely return to practice tomorrow.

That’s why he played like shit, I knew it. I freaking called it in the 1st quarter.

Just like when he was injured against Djax and got burned repeatedly and what was that other game when he pulled his hammie and barely kept up.

Wright is a beast when healthy!! Just ask Peyton Manning. He’ll tell you what the defense did to him in the last Chargers Broncos Match. It’s on tape!

Is it just me, or does he get injured in-game a lot? Kind of like Mathews the last couple years.
