Keenan Allen Selected as Rookie of the Week For 3rd Time This Season

For the 3rd time this season, Keenan Allen was selected as the Rookie of the Week.

I don’t even know how he was able to pull this one off. His numbers didn’t compare to the other rookies this week, but he still pulled it off. It seems that Keenan Allen is gaining a following.

Allen only had a couple of catches in the game for 29 yards, but they were big touchdown catches to spring the team to victory.

Give this kid the Rookie of the Year!

I didn’t think he would win cause Lacey had a big game. But those two touchdowns were on a national television Beatdown of the Broncos so he probably made an impression on a lot of people especially with that hurdle and plowing Mike Adams into the endzone

True. It’s unfortunate that Keenan contributions will be over looked because he’s playing on a team that was only expected to win 3 games and he’s only a third round pick. The realty is as well as lacy has played, the packers were expected to win. Great offense, great QB, great HC.

Its going to be him or Lacy. These last two weeks matter.
If the Packers make the playoffs because Lacy goes ape shit wild these last two games…well – heck…making the playoffs is the goal. Especially if the team wins because of you.

So – Keenan is in it to win it.
        He is our guy.
        …and he is fantastic !

Sooooo glad he is a Bolt.

I believe when it is all said and done…Mr. Allen will walk away with the hardware…because he is fantastic.

He has gotta be rookie of the year now.

Rookie of the year is fabulous … the next two weeks we need him to be a fabulous WR 1 – that would be fantastic! The accolades won’t stop after then.

If doesn’t get ROY for at least having the most awards among rookies, then I know it’s a fix.

Accolades probably don’t matter to those who deserve them the most. I’m sure Keenan knows that his play on the field will be what his legacy will leave behind. He has automatically found a place in the hearts of the Charger faithful. He has already made a fool out of 31 other teams who didn’t pick him… especially the ones that needed an impact WR. He is what I thought VJ should have been.

        True again.
