Well, this is the moment we’ve all been waiting for, right?  The first time we play the 9-1 Chiefs and prove that they’re not as good as their record.  I really hope we do but, at the same time, the last couple of games have been ugly to say the least.  We need to turn this season around…fast.  Somehow (thanks to Jets and Titans losses) we’re still in the playoff hunt and, if we want to make a push, we need to start winning, pronto.  Here are some players to watch during our third division matchup of the year:

Ryan Mathews

Mathews has been having a pretty good year.  He’s been breaking off big gains and pounding the rock like we’ve never seen him do.  When we give him the ball and run out the clock we win games.  When we give him the ball on the one yard line he seems to score.  I’m hoping that this week our coaching staff comes to realize that too.  If we want to win we need to get that running game going.  KC have a great defense but they’re slightly better against the pass than the run.  They also have a great pass rush; establishing the run game early will take the pressure off a little.

I am petrified for Rivers in this game. Dunlap won’t be back, and you guys saw what happens when Clary has to play tackle. And just our luck, we have to play the best pass rushers in the league this week. Ugh

I would love to see Fluker put Hali on his ass like a pancake.. or Houston.. or both. At least once, but preferably more.

    Should be a good game…

Run a bunch of 2 tight end sets, no matter, run, pass, or screen. Gotta protect PR17 at all cost. I think our D matches up better against this offense, shitty KC offense, shitty SD defense. Right? Come on, we are not losing 4 in a row, no freaking way. Bolt Up!!

Run,Run,Run24…I hope they give him every opportunity,he has earned it!! If the coaching staff hasn’t recognized that by now, then they deserve every loss they receive like they have.
