Chargers vs Raiders: Keys To The Game

Here are a few keys to the game for the Chargers to beat the Raiders on Sunday.

NO TURNOVERS
Philip Rivers has been great at flipping it all around this season. He was a turnover machine the last couple of seasons, but he has done an excellent job this season at protecting the football. Philip Rivers will need to continue that spectacular play and the other players on the roster will have to hold onto that football… ahem, Ryan Mathews. We don’t need to give the Raiders any extra possessions.

Contain Terrelle Pryor
Pryor is good at escaping the pocket and picking up yards on the ground. The Chargers will have to contain him and limit his production on the ground. The Chargers will have to keep him contained.

Pressure Terrelle Pryor
The Chargers will need to put pressure on Pryor and will also have to contain Terrelle Pryor at the same time. They will have to stay disciplined when they come running in after him and someone will have to spy on him all the time.

Keep Moving That Football
Philip Rivers and the offense have been great at moving the football up and down the field. They will need to keep pushing that ball down the field.
