Keenan Allen Stepping In Big With Malcom Floyd Out

I have loved the Keenan Allen draft selection since draft day and he came out to play on Sunday and made some nice plays against a pretty good corner. It was nice to see him come out and step up while Malcom Floyd was out.

Allen will need to keep making plays with Malcom Floyd out. We need someone on the outside to be a weapon on offense. Eddie Royal, Danny Woodhead and Antonio Gates are great options underneath.

Allen will get another chance to start this weekend against the Oakland Raiders. I am sure there are fans that remember that Oakland Raiders hat incident that he had. He can make up for that moment and tear up the Oakland Raiders defense.

I love what he has done so far in his opportunity. He has gained Philip’s trust on offense and it showed this weekend. He beat the Cowboys defense and made clutch catches. He was close to his first touchdown in the back of the end zone as well. He broke free, but Philip was unable to hit him with the throw on the run. That would have put the feather in the cap.

Beat down those Raiders this week and things will be good in Chargers Land. I expect Keenan Allen to continue to impress.

KA was a stud yesterday. And he almost got his first TD if it wasn’t for a bad pass. I see 1000+ yard seasons in his future…

Who ever is lining up against D.J. Hayden is going to have a field day, that dude is having crazy difficulty adjusting to the NFL. Allen is going to be a big star for us for years to come, I can see him getting his first TD this weekend.

Also the Raiders are kinda beat up like us but with less depth then us, Pryor is being very cautious about his concussion and if he’s still having post Concuss. symptoms we might be facing Flynn (lol Oh man i hope so), they allowed 7 sacks yesterday and Raiders fans are saying he doesn’t know when to throw the ball but I think it’s there O-line made up of bigger journeymen then ours. If Flynn starts we could see big sack numbers finally by possibly everyone. Great time to get Tourek and English blitzing like mad. IF there entire backfield is out (DMC and Reece are injured) this could be really ugly and they might not score more then 6.

That would suit me fine! The Black Hole is still a tough place to play but we should take this one. Keenan Allen was impressive to say the least! I thought in the preseason he had really good hands and now that Philip and he are getting comfortable, he’s going to be a big part of this attack!

KA played big yesterday. It was great to see him zip across the middle and snatch the ball outta the air. Now next week you can wipe away the stupid hat trick with a big game!! Let leave the Raiders fans wallowing in their own black hole next week:

Keenan is a great talent, and can only get better. Ryan is a beast and makes the team go. Danny is so exciting and gives unlimited possibilities. Philip is a supremely gifted QB and a deadly passer. Antonio is the all-world tight end and gives great maturity to the team. On and on it goes……Pass defense was some better. Must be pass defense by assignment. Stay tight to your man and don’t turn your back to the ball. As in the film Hoosiers, you should know the flavor of the gum the opponent’s pass receiver is chewing. Two or three swat-aways Sunday. Good job! I want to see 6 swat-aways against the Raiders.

Was there any doubt? this dude was the highest rated receiver to come out of the 2013 NFL draft if not for his MCL tear injury and some off-field issues.

i thought the same thing, but teams passed on him and he slipped to the 3rd… so some people doubted

He better remember he plays for the chargers, and no more raider gear
