King Dunlap, Jeromey Clary, Chad Rinehart Injury Status

King Dunlap still has not been cleared to practice today because of his concussion. Hopefully he can be cleared by tomorrow, otherwise we will have to rely on Mike Harris out at left tackle. Harris did well filling in at right tackle for D.J. Fluker against Tennessee.

Jeromey Clary still is not practicing with his clavicle injury. Coach Mike McCoy has said that it is not a broken clavicle, but that doesn’t help evaluating his status for the game on Sunday. Clary fought through the pain last week, but I don’t know how he would do fighting through that pain for a whole game.

Chad Rinehart is not practicing and will not play in the game against the Cowboys. Rich Ohrnberger will start at left guard in the game.

That’s interesting, i would think Troutman would go in at LG and Orhnberger would take LT or RG? Oh well shows ho much i know.

      Orhnberger at LT?

      • arnie

He Played LT at Penn State, really well. So he’s not a stranger to the position. However Harris is more likely to get the call. Even though i think he could play LT better than Harris. Well see though.

That was college. Even Tebow was a good college player.

          Give me Mike Harris.

Mike play RT in college, he was good at RT in the game. How do you think these guys get drafted?

        • Gunnar Martin

I think he would just be way too small and overpowered at the tackle position. Not a fit in the NFL. At least Harris played there for much of last season.

Great showing Big Mike. I guess getting your ass kicked for an entire year sped up the learning curve. Hey, whatever it takes. I don’t care what anybody says, you got heart. Now keep Philip upright, and help bust open some holes for our backs baby. Bolt Up!!
