Manti Te'o Out. Malcom Floyd, Eddie Royal Probable For Chargers

The official injury report has been released and Manti Te’o has been listed as out on the injury report. He will miss his first game as a San Diego Charger. Hopefully he will be able to jump into practice soon. Otherwise the Chargers should look into signing another middle backer to help with the depth.

A couple of wide receivers, Malcom Floyd and Eddie Royal, will be making their return on Monday night. Floyd hurt his knee and Royal bruised his lung, but they will be playing on Monday. They will give Philip Rivers options on offense. Hopefully it helps Philip feel more comfortable on offense.

Weak Sauce! Lame! Grrrr! Whatever! Larry English Jr please stand up.

The play of Bird may be the difference between a win and a loss. What scares me most about him is that he’s not too great at coming up to stop the run, which is the Texans’ strength.

I feel like walker should start but he wont just jump in as a starter with bront already in line

  • blackroseMD1

Holy crap. Dude hasn’t even played a regular season game yet, and fans are already calling him a bust.

Do you guys even remember Sammy Davis, or Ryan Leaf? Those were busts. Te’o is just a rookie with a foot sprain. Cut the guy some slack, damn.

    • Ernie Padaon

      right… some people!

      • Rob Base

Gosh golly gee some people. :)

Sorry guys, didn’t mean to rant. Got a bit of a headache. Hahaha

          • Rob Base

It’s all good here I’m just being a smart ass. You see I had a expectation with Te’o and it wasn’t met so now I’m resentful. Lmao

Did you expect that he should heal like wolverine?

          • Rob Base

            That would be awesome!

          • 12

How about you expect the Bolts to perform 110% AND on all cylinders and hope Bront Bird developed some run coverage skills over night and not be a liability to Butler?

If Denver’s defense can pull that bs with their 2nd strings playing with Champ and Von Miller out, Bolts can pull a miracle.

Denver is a completely different team loaded with talent and their QB is like having a playing coach. * You can only have 100% of something!

dont forget the buster of busters busta davis.

  • Stefanie Smith

This has to be more than a sprain, though, because he should be coming out of it by now, if it was only a sprain. I mean, seriously.

    • Aaron Johnson

Kind of reminds me of the Gates foot injury. Perhaps the “sprain” that Royal has is something similar.

      • blu3ny3llow

Yeah I think its Te’o…but I think he has plantar fasciitis..

      • 1961 Fan

Gates injury is completely different; Gates has Plantar Fascitis which is pain at the bottom of your foot, where the ligament connects your heel to your toes. I saw many of these injuries in the O. R. at Camp Pendleton in 1967.

    • 1961 Fan

High ankle sprains can (sometimes) be more painful and damaging than broken bones. The human body was not designed (by nature/evolution) to play football.

  • Tom Spalsbury

Why doe’s this shit always happen to us ?

  • blu3ny3llow

    Oh well next man up!!!
