The twitter monster strikes again!
Immediately after the tweet (pictured right), it was deleted and his agent came to his defense:
“We know who did this,” said Fluker’s agent Deryk Gilmore. “This is totally fiction, but I’m waiting to get some proof. I’ve been on the phone with Twitter.”
“I’ll tell you, of course, this wasn’t him. It was bullshit, and it’s a shame. And anyone who believes it was him and wants to believe the worst, you go ahead and do it.”
“I mean, my company has an outstanding reputation. This kid, we didn’t even give him a guarantee to sign with us. We gave him nothing. My whole point is that for all the people who are out there saying the worst, let them believe the worst.”
It wasn’t me. It was the one armed man!
Honestly though, it isn’t hard to get your twitter hacked. I have had my twitter yoinked and someone started tweeting for me for a solid day. That was a freaking mess!
Also, ever just leave your twitter account logged in somewhere like an idiot and some dude comes strolling along and starts posting on your crap. Why do you check your twitter or face book at the Apple Store anyway?! That’s just an invite for me to mess with your stuff.
If it was hacked or not, that is the headline coming out just a couple days before the draft and teams will need to figure out if it is true or not. The Chargers could be a team that is interested in him with the 11th pick in the draft. I will get onto that in another post later today, but this could make the kid slide down the draft a little bit. Fluker can’t be that stupid… can he?
