Oakland Raiders Officially Completes Trade For QB Matt Flynn

The Oakland Raiders have officially made their move to get a new starting quarterback and traded for Seattle Seahawks backup QB Matt Flynn. All kinds of fresh blood in this division. The Oakland Raiders also traded Carson Palmer to the Arizona Cardinals to clear some cap space and to get that load off their shoulders.

The Raiders are trading a couple of draft picks, one this season and one next season, for the services of Matt Flynn.

Let’s see what this kid will do for Oakland. They have needed help at the quarterback position for a long time. I guess they weren’t to thrilled with the idea of adding Geno Smith in the draft and wanted to go after someone with more seasoning.
