The Crown of the Helmet rule has been passed. Runningbacks will not be allowed to lower their head and use the top of the dome piece as a weapon anymore. We won’t see Trent Richardson bowling over peeps like this:
Also, the tuck rule has been eliminated. When quarterbacks lose the football while trying to reload, it will now be a fumble instead of an incompletion, unless Ed Hochuli inadvertently blows the whistle or something.
