Chargers Free Agent Watch: OG Brandon Moore

Brandon Moore is famous for one thing and one thing only – Mark Sanchez running up his butt and fumbling the football. Don’t let that one incident be your only judgement of the man.

Or actually do! Who likes Mark Sanchez anyway? Plus, he had his man blocked on that play!

Moore is one of the best offensive guards available in free agency and he won’t be asking Andy Levitre money. Moore is getting up there in age, but still should have a few good years left.

With Louis Vasquez testing free agency, the Chargers better have these other free agents on the dial this weekend. If Tom Telesco wants to truly build his team through the draft, then Brandon Moore is the type of player he would go after in free agency.

Moore won’t break the bank and he can hold down the position for a couple of seasons until we can draft a replacement. Moore would be perfect for what the team needs. He was a Pro Bowler a couple of seasons ago (even though everyone makes the Pro Bowl) and can be a force in the pass and run game.

Sign the vet to play right guard and we can then worry about the left guard and the left tackle spot after. Goodbye Vasquez. Things are going to get moving soon.

I bet PR couldn’t get low enough to butt fumble anyway, pretty much sums up Mark Sanchez’s career.

My fav. video of that Jets game set to the theme of Benny Hill. It looked like The Hoody was playing Madden against a high school team.

        hahahahha… just awesome

I would love to see Vasquez stay, but this guy would be less money and can do the job. Maybe I’m saying this because I am upset with Vasquez right now. I know it’s a business, but it’s the part of the sport that really annoys me.

Moore would be a nice pick up but only if they can’t sign vasquez long term. Vasquez testing the market to me is saying he as good as gone unless he decides he wants to stay.

Note to his FA status and credit, he had WIlfork Blocked! ONE on ONE. Stone cold Stopped. Also, in the pick above, he’s got Mayo in choke hold. do you think the Chargers could use player like that?

yes yes and yes… give him to me
