If you don’t know Todd McShay, then you probably don’t follow the NFL Draft. McShay is one of the most well known draft analysts from ESPN and he recently released his latest mock draft.

With the 11th pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, Todd McShay selects….

Oklahoma OT Lane Johnson to join the San Diego Chargers.

Lane Johnson is becoming a more and more popular name these days. He is shooting up draft boards and looks to be the 3rd best offensive tackle available. If only a couple of other kids would have come out of school, this draft would have been sitting pretty with talent at left tackle.

Johnson is athletic and will likely get even more scouts drooling at the combine. Now, will he get Mr. T (Tom Telesco) drooling?

Another mock draft pointing toward Lane Johnson.

After watching film of both Eric Fisher and Lane Johnson, I must say getting Johnson would be a let down. Still a very good player but I think #11 might be a little high for him to go off the board. Fisher is incredible and if we need to trade up to get him, it’s worth it.

Agree! trading up is gonna cost us picks…. catch .22

Jordan, I totally agree. Johnson would be a reach at 11. I would be in favor of trading up for Fisher, although, considering we have huge draft needs, the price may be too steep unless we throw in a player or two.

Why not trade with okaland or jacksonville and try and draft luke joeckel it might be worth it if the chargers use free agnecy wisely. The chiefs need a QB or could get one in free agency or they could sign branden albert to a long term deal if not the chargers should go after him he would be a upgrade over any of the OT we have signed
