Indianapolis Colts interim head coach Bruce Arians was named the coach of the year for his work in leading the team to the playoffs while many fans had already disregarded them. He did an awesome job taking over in a crazy situation and also did a great job in helping rookie Andrew Luck grow in the NFL.

The San Diego Chargers had an easy shot at signing Arians as their head coach this offseason, but decided to go with Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy. It was a bit of a surprise that the Chargers didn’t even take the time to interview Arians for the job. It will be interesting to watch both coaches in the next couple of seasons to see who has more success.

When we were making the decision for head coach, were you Team Mike or Team Bruce?
