Tiger Woods won the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey yesterday. A bunch of y’all took the day off in order to enjoy the free festivities and got to see Tiger get the win.

Yesterday, the San Diego Chargers signed a few more coaches onto the staff. Most (if not all) positions on the coaching staff have been filled and the guys can focus on the roster. Evaluate the players that we have on the roster and figure out what we need to do to succeed this offseason.

The Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers are out at New Orleans getting prepped for the media frenzy of the Super Bowl. Today will likely be filled with more Super Bowl talk. Expect it most of the week.

On a side note, did you all see that the New York Jets looked into the possibilities of adding Jamarcus Russell to the roster? When did Al Davis take control of that mess out there?

They have hired Craig Aukerman as assistant special teams coach, Andrew Dees as assistant offensive line coach, Chad Grimm and Nick Sirianni as quality control coaches and Byron Storer as defensive assistant-linebackers coach.

As I’ve mentioned before, I don’t really like talking about the NFL Draft until we’re at least a few weeks into free agency. Too many things change about teams’ positions of need during free agency that you don’t even know which position group to be focusing on until the signings slow down.
