Will the Falcons move to Los Angeles?
Likely not.
Blank has been trying to get a new stadium built for the Falcons in Atlanta and public support on the stadium hasn’t been strong. Pulling the Los Angeles card after the team has had a strong season is a good way to gain some leverage.
The stadium that the city of San Diego needs to build can’t gain any momentum. The San Diego fans have had the possibility of a move to Los Angeles hanging over their heads for years and it still has not helped put a shovel in the ground. Sadly, every other team uses LA to get a new stadium, but the Chargers can’t seem to get that done.
