Chargers Fill Out More Positions On Their Coaching Staff

Here are a few more additions to Mike McCoy’s coaching staff: Craig Aukerman (Asst. Special Teams), Andrew Dees (Asst. O-line), Chad Grimm & Nick Sirianni on Quality Control.

Aukerman was most recently with the Jacksonville Jaguars in the same position of Asst. Special Teams Coach. Andrew Dees follows Joe D’Alessandris from Buffalo to help him along with the offensive line.

Chad Grimm is the son of Russ Grimm and joins the team from the Arizona Cardinals. Is that 4 coaches from Arizona on the team now?

Nick Sirianni joins the team from the Kansas City Chiefs. He was their wide receivers coach last season and also spent time as their Offensive Quality Control Coach from 2009-2011.

No real big names here. The name Andrew Dees does get a little giggle out of me… reminds me a little of the Dr. Dre song.
