The San Diego Chargers still have to fill out their coaching staff, but here are the coaches that have made the first cuts and the new guys in town:

Head Coach: Mike McCoy (Former Denver Broncos OC)
Offensive Coordinator: Ken Whisenhunt (Former Arizona Cardinals HC)
Quarterbacks Coach: Frank Reich (Former Arizona Cardinals WR Coach)
Running Backs Coach Ollie Wilson
Tight Ends Coach Jason Michael
Defensive Coordinator: John Pagano
Defensive Line Coach: Don Johnson
Linebackers Coach: Joe Barry
Assistant Linebackers Coach: Greg Williams
Special Teams Coach: Kevin Spencer (Former Arizona Cardinals ST Coach)

We added 3 new coaches onto the staff that were from the Arizona Cardinals staff and of course Mike McCoy from the Denver Broncos. Let’s see what other lands we dip into to find some coaching talent.

There is a some concern that McCoy keeps dipping into the Arizona “talent” pool for coaches, especially on the offensive side of the ball. The Cards biggest failures last season were on offense. The whole staff still hasn’t been filled, but we will see where McCoy has his eyes set for his next few hires.

Wasn’t Whisenhunt the offensive coordinator that won the Superbowl in Denver ?

They should find a different RB coach too

it’s not like these coordinators from AZ did such a fine job in AZ. I am trying not to get concerned. This is not Cardinals West.
