We recently shared that Chargers OL Coach Mike Sullivan was offered the job with the University of Illinois, but still had not made a decision on what he wanted to do. He decided to join up with Norv Turner in Cleveland.

That will open up another vacancy in the coaching staff. A possibility to take the open position is former Arizona Cardinals OL Coach Russ Grimm. Grimm has been an offensive line coach for the Washington Redskins, Pittsburgh Steelers and Arizona Cardinals. He has 4 Super Bowl Championships under his belt and has been considered a head coaching candidate for a number of teams.
