San Diego Chargers S Eric Weddle Voted 2nd Team All-Pro

Eric Weddle didn’t get the popular vote for the Pro Bowl, but he did voted as 2nd team All-Pro. He missed the 1st team All-Pro by one vote. The 1st-team safeties were San Francisco 49ers Dashon Goldson and Seattle Seahawks Earl Thomas.

Weddle is one of the best safeties in he league. He was voted 1st team All-Pro last season, but didn’t get the love this time around.

The Chargers defensive side of the ball has become the strongest part of the team. The front 7 is young, athletic and hungry. Weddle has a few teammates that helped him to this achievement. Hopefully some of those guys up front will get some attention by the national media too.
