San Diego Chargers Have Contacted UCLA Head Coach Jim Mora

The San Diego Chargers have reached out to UCLA Head Coach Jim Mora for the head coaching vacancy, according to the LA Times.

These rumors will not die. His name keeps getting mentioned for the head coaching vacancy and now we have actually reached out to him. Is this who we will be hiring to replace Norv Turner? The fan base won’t look to kindly to this hiring either.

He will be very different from Norv Turner. He will open his mouth too much and he will be jumping and screaming on the sideline. If that is what you had been clamoring for, then you will be getting exactly what you had asked.

We need a good head coach, screaming optional. Mora helped turn the UCLA program around and got the team to the Holiday Bowl. He had a 9-5 record with the Bruins last season.

If you look at his NFL track record, he has coached for 4 seasons in the NFL and has been fired from 2 jobs and he only has 1 winning season under his belt. According to Ryan Mathews, bad things come in 3!

A little off topic on this remark, but look at that pic that I just posted of Mora. Doesn’t he look like Mark Wahlberg?
