It is almost time to scratch another name off of the wish list. Bill O’Brien has been scratched because he is going to stay at Penn State. Andy Reid joined the Kansas City Chiefs. And now, Chip Kelly appears ready to head to the Cleveland Browns according to Ian Rapaport.

Kelly wanted the process to be completed quickly and the process was done in a snap. Kelly just coached his Oregon Ducks to a Fiesta Bowl victory yesterday and he appears ready to sign a contract.

Potential coaches are signing left and right and the Chargers have yet to interview a potential candidate to fill the vacancy. Hopefully the Chargers can get that General Manager in quickly.

I didn’t want any of those 3 to come to San Diego. I still think Arians would be good cause it makes it more likely Pagano will stay

i’m for that. then it would make hiring telesco, to sweeten the deal.

Arians has been my choice…well, kind of. Not as much lately. No one has been talking about the D-Coordinator from Seattle. Young, innovative guy. Bradley I think.

Speaking of Pagano… his brother Chuck was only a D-Coordinator for 1 year before getting the head coaching gig with the Colts. Sound familiar? I wonder why nobody has even mention John for the job?
