Jon Gruden Still Has No Coaching Interviews Planned

Jon Gruden doesn’t have any interviews for any vacant head coaching positions, not yet at least according to Mark Seesler. Gruden is one of the names that could get some Chargers fans really excited, it also could make some fans really angry. It seems that whoever we bring to coach this team, there will be a group of unsatisfied customers.

Right now, it seems that coach has no scheduled interviews, but the Chargers won’t be looking to interview coaches until they hire a GM. We still have to get that part of the process completed first. The Chargers won’t be able to interview any coordinators from playoff teams until after wild card weekend also. So we have at least a week to bring in head coaching candidates for interviews and it would be best to have the new GM in place by that time as well.

Ernie, I hope that the Chargers find the GM sooner than later…We don’t want to be left in the dust when it comes to a Head Coach…They were blowing up Bruce Arians during the Capital One Bowl on the ticker tape I thought is where I saw it….Too many good candidates out there for HC. Would love for the Chargers to get one of them and return to glory. Go Chargers!

Yea. I hope it takes a week to get that GM dialed in and then we can quickly jump into the coaching game
