The San Diego Chargers have received permission to interview Indianapolis Colts Director of Player Personnel Tom Telesco according to Albert Breer. Telesco has worked with the Colts for 14 seasons and worked under the mastermind Bill Polian. Maybe he has some of that Polian magic.

If he gets the job, could you immediately see Bruce Arians following to become the next head coach? Seems too easy.

Telesco joins the long list of candidates for the GM position in San Diego. Marc Ross of the Giants, Dave Caldwell of the Falcons, Tom Gamble of the 49ers and Jimmy Raye are also on the list of people to get interviewed for the position.
