San Diego Chargers 2013 Opponents

The San Diego Chargers 2013 schedule has been released. We know the opponents, but we do not know the dates. Here is who we will have on the schedule in 2013:

Home: AFC West, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys & Cincinnati Bengals

Road: AFC West, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins & Miami Dolphins or New York Jets

Look at those home games. We might be able to avoid some blackouts with the Cowboys and Giants coming to town. The Texans are one of the beat teams in the league and could be Super Bowl bound.

On the road, we get the Jaguars and Titans, two games that could easily be blacked out if it were at home. We also get to see RGIII for the first time. That game won’t be blacked out either, since it is on the road.

Ernie, is it that time already? Dang! time fly’s. However why do see a reason the games would be blacked out? the reason they are now is AJ an Norv are still here. And they won’t be next year. i think the fan base will be excited to move on from those two, and be out in force. i will.

That is true. That will get some fans back to the game. Some fans only buy tickets when the team is winning. Those are the people that fill the rest of the stadium out

      • arnie

yeah. but you have to ask, are they the smart ones? we buy tickets an merchandise out of loyalty.

Could they make our home schedule any harder?

    • onig

I agree, tough home schedule. We actually went 4-4 this year on the road and last time swept the NFC East… Wishful thinking for 2013 though. :/

Are you an idiot? Road games will never be blacked out….

    • http://boltbeat.com/ Ernie Padaon

Idiot? Thank you? When did I say a road game would be blacked out?

      • onig

You pointed out Jags and Titans games possibly being blacked out.. What do we care if the away game is blacked out? Raiders away is possibly blacked out every year… It doesn’t matter as a San Diego viewer.

I guess it did come off that way. My fault and made the correction to clear it up

Great! We have to rely on out of town fans in order to avoid a blackout? The games should sell out based on the home team and not the opponent. I seriously doubt there will be any televised games in 2013 unless Spanos hits a coaching marvel ant the team posts a 4-0 preseason record to generate some interest. Otherwise it’s going to be a wait and see atmosphere when the regular season begins.

Does anyone know if this next Raiders game will be televised?

    • http://boltbeat.com/ Ernie Padaon

I heard that it should be televised
