SAN DIEGO — The San Diego Chargers say their game against the Carolina Panthers will be blacked out Sunday because nearly 11,000 general tickets were unsold at Thursday’s deadline.

It will be the third straight blackout and fourth this year for San Diego. Earlier games that were blacked out were against Atlanta, Baltimore and Cincinnati.
