Chargers Injury Report: Mike Harris may be able to play on Sunday

If this were Jared Gaither, we already would know that he wouldn’t be out there on Sunday. Anytime his name appeared on the injury report, we knew the chances of him of playing were slim.

But Mike Harris on the other hand is an undrafted rookie that is trying to prove himself in this league. He has struggled at left tackle, but it is not stopping him from fighting on. He has a high ankle sprain and Norv is giving him a chance to still start on Sunday. Don’t know of that is good news or bad news for Philip Rivers. Harris has been one of the worst left tackles in the league.

If Harris is able to play, he will start at left tackle and Kevin Haslan will start at right tackle. Otherwise, Haslan will start at left and newly signed Reggie Wells will start at right. Either way, sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. So happy that we have so much depth up front!

Mike Harris may not have been as solid as we’d like but one thing’s for sure. Dude has shown up ready to play more than a lot of that line this year. Harris is a MAN!
