San Diego Chargers ~ Still #1 in AFC West

The San Diego Chargers are still sitting on top of the AFC West heading into week five.  With no bye weeks messing with the numbers the standings are currently even.

San Diego Chargers       3-1
Denver Broncos                2-2
Oakland Raiders               1-3
Kansas City Chiefs            1-3

Going in to week five a whole game ahead of the Broncos is a big deal.  It’s time to be looking forward to next Sunday when the Chargers are on Sunday Nite football at the 0-4 New Orleans Saints (5:20 pm/NBC).  They will be facing their old quarterback Drew Brees and a Saints team that is in disarray.  If the Chargers defense continues to keep the hard hits and turnovers coming all the signs are pointing to another win.

Let’s keep the ball rolling!  Boltup!

I don’t know why I keep reading They will never give our team, especially the defense, any credit. “Chiefs handed the game to us”. BULLSH**!! When we beat the Saints, it will be “Saints are no good, 0-5″. What kinda crap will they say when we beat their lapdog Peyton on Monday Night? Poor Peyton was picked on by IngramButlerBarnesPhilip… Do I sound a little ticked off?

You do and you should be. The Chargers are always treated with little or no respect. Of course, when we get to the playoffs they will all be lining up to praise the bolts.
