Vikings rookie SS Harrison Smith was fined $21,000 today for his hit on Chargers WR Mike Willie. Welcome to the NFL!

Willie was blasted over the middle on the play, but drew a unnecessary roughness penalty.

Still waiting to see if Willie makes the roster. He will catch on somewhere if he does not.
