i hope the young man is alright. since he is the “ONLY” playmaker at WR. thank God we signed the other Vincent…oh? the chargers let him walk without compensation?

    • Richard Anthony Brown

I’m sorry but VJ is a product of the system.
He’s not that great. He quits on balls and is a DUI magnet.

Michael Gelhken of the UT says it was a Roll and it shouldn’t be that bad, but he probably won’t play the rest of the Pre-Season.

According to Acee and Gehlkin, VB has a broken ankle. expected to be out 8 weeks (5 regular season games). we’re fucked.

I for one am glad VJax is gone! Btw you sound just like a broken record, its time to get over it…. in other words QUIT CRYING OVER SPILT MILK!

Richard Antony Brown; Please, get a life. The system doesn’t call for going up against a double team and reaching around the defenders back to pull it in. He went up last year against a double team and took the ball away from both. He and Floyd are the two best recievers on the team because of their it’s my ball attitude. eachum was underthrown but if he would have read the ball he would have pulled up and used his body to shield the defender. This is where some chargers fans that are all gogo over the Meachum/Royal signing have it all wrong. The Chargers had two great recievers. There’s more to a WR than speed and that’s the ability to go after the ball and close out the defender. Fouts did this for a living. he threw to the open spot and it was up to the recievers to go get it. That is what sets recievers apart, the great route running, the soft hands , and the ability to close the deal. There’s been alot of speedsters to come out of college only to fail in the NFL. Braylon Edwards for instance. Speed is a great gift but you have to have the rest. Brown is very, very, very gifted my friend, and you best be glad he’s on the Chargers.

So what you are saying is Meachum miss read an under thrown ball? Come on man! And I see no where in Richard Anthony Browns comment putting down V Brown.

  • Clayton J. Locke

Broken ankle, confirmed, out at least 8 weeks.

  • Herman Bundy

And i just published an article about how he’s our “best receiver”. Oh, the luck we have!

  • bolthead612

Were not fucked… when Royal gets going again, he’ll do just fine! Meachem will get it, and be a deep bomb threat! VBrown will be missed and hope hes back soon but if Rivers gets his head right and starts zipping that ball accurately in tight coverage, we’ll be fine with whats there. Spurlock didnt look bad. BOLT UP!!!
